Computer studies is a must know subject from primary to tertiary institutions of higher learning. There is need to have the basic equipments and personnel that will assist in the acquisition of this important subject. Three research questions guided the study. Mean is used to analyze the data with an acceptable point of3. 05 as agreed and less than 3.05 as not accepted. Among the major findings is that it is important to provide equipment and personnel for the teaching and learning of computer studies. In conclusion every nation grows with knowledge in technology therefore computer studies if not properly treated will hinder the acquisition of knowledge.
